Charlie Hogan founded Surface Logic in 2002 and is currently a principal with the firm. Mr. Hogan brings over 22 years of experience in various aspects of the construction industry with a focus on health care and seniors living. Mr. Hogan is uniquely qualified to provide insights based on both industry and business expertise

In 1990, prior to founding Surface Logic, Mr. Hogan founded a successful commercial flooring company in the Baltimore/ Washington area. Mr. Hogan is still involved in this company as a principal. Prior to that Mr. Hogan worked for Armstrong World Industries.

Mr. Hogan received his bachelor’s degree in communication studies from Virginia Tech in 1986. He is involved in industry associations including ACG, ALFA, ASHE, BOMA, IFMA, and IIDA.
